ARSIEM is looking for an Active Geolocation Specialist (Apprentice Operator – Active (AO-As)) to provide geolocation solutions. This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing real-time geolocation and collection operations.
• Use various tools to create, modify and assess requirements; adjust collection system/access tasking; monitor the status of a collection system/access; monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies; provide first-instance troubleshooting; and provide technical/operational guidance to customers.
• Perform the role of mentor to less experienced operators to enhance and reinforce the standards of the VALDOSTA II Training Program and customer operational TTPs. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of operational experience in SIGINT geospatial analysis (SGA), within the last five (5) years with NSA, a Service Cryptologic Element, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor).

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerial Precision Geolocation or SIGINT Terminal Guidance systems experience.
• SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification
• Certification via training programs conducted by a service component, or another US Government Agency to include the following technologies is highly desired: Global System Mobile (GSM), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11Wireless Fidelity (WiFi), Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $5,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
