- Oversee the People Technology portfolio, partnering with HRIS and other stakeholders to prioritize and execute key initiatives, such as the ongoing evolution of our Betterworks implementation and the automation of onboarding/offboarding processes in Workday
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging our People Analytics function to deliver critical reporting and insights to Executive Leadership as well as People Leadership Team
- Drive operational excellence and scalability across all functions, including budget and vendor management, the Contingent Workforce Program (CWP), and our HR service delivery model, HR Connect
- Ensure enterprise-wide compliance and risk mitigation across all people processes, including SOX and FTC audits, and all aspects of our employee-related immigration program
- Serve as a key member of the People Leadership Team, acting as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and operational strategy
- Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Finance, Legal, and our counterparts at Intuit to drive results and navigate complex, high-stakes projects
What We'Re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Technology, or a similar domain
- 5+ years of formal people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop other leaders
What We Would Like To See:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Visier
- Proven success leading People Operations functions through periods of significant change
- Experience in a fast-paced, global technology organization
- A data-driven, systems-thinking approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and credibility at all levels, including with senior executives
- Exceptional analytical skills with mastery of Google Sheets (and, more broadly, Google Workspace), and a proven ability to build dashboards and leverage data to tell stories and drive decisions
- Deep understanding of HR technology (Workday preferred), systems, and implementation lifecycles
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements
