🎯 Talent Acquisition Partner 📍 London | Full-time | On-site (5 days/week)
About the RoleYou’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end hiring experience. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding support, you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll be proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership from day one.
What You’ll Do- Source top-tier talent across global tech and non-tech roles- Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates- Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and assess candidate fit- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams- Maintain and update our ATS (we use Lever) and support scheduling/admin- Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
What We’re Looking For- 2 + years in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment- Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines- Skilled in scheduling interviews and working across global calendars- Familiar with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Lever experience a plus)
Mindset & Traits- Proactive and self-motivated — you take initiative and drive things forward- Highly organised with great attention to detail- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities- Collaborative, curious, and keen to learn
