We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our Marketing Finance team, based in our Shared Services Center in Prague. This role is part of the Go-to-Market Finance team and will serve as the primary finance business partner to Partner Marketing and Global Events. This is a highly visible and strategic role that combines financial acumen with process leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, business modeling expertise, and the ability to streamline and automate financial processes. You’ll work cross-functionally with Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and Corporate Finance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across marketing investments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner for Partner Marketing and Global Events, delivering financial guidance, ROI analysis, and investment insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence and continuous improvement of the sponsorship revenue process and partner marketing funds (MDF & External Alliances), driving accountability and compliance while maximizing strategic investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and ROI frameworks to measure program effectiveness, optimize spend, and inform leadership decisions.
- Support financial planning cycles (close, forecast, AOP), providing clear variance analysis, and executive-ready reporting packages.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations including accruals, purchase requisition approvals, and budget reviews with business partners to ensure alignment with plans.
- Automate and enhance financial reporting using data visualization tools to provide scalable, standardized insights across FP&A, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- Champion financial process improvement and stakeholder training to drive efficiency and stronger alignment across teams.
What You Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering roles, ideally supporting marketing, sales, or partner-facing functions.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver insights on program ROI and spend efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Anaplan, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague/Pardubice, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
