Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $172,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

The Product Detail Page (PDP) team owns the customer-facing experience where millions decide what to buy across all Wayfair brands and geographies. We build and optimize the critical surfaces to help customers discover, evaluate, and purchase the perfect items for their homes. The end-to-end PDP experience, which includes core purchase functionality, product recommendations, media galleries, product information and specs, reviews, and more. This role will deliver scalable, intuitive shopping experiences that help customers shop with ease and confidence, driving conversion and downstream revenue.
What You’Ll Do
- Create and execute roadmaps that align with customer needs, business goals, and cross-functional priorities, in partnership with tech teams and stakeholders. Elevate and evolve PDP experiences by introducing innovative features, streamlining user flows, reducing friction, and driving conversion.
- Define and deliver intuitive, engaging solutions that shape how customers evaluate, discover, and make confident purchase decisions, translating customer needs, pain points, and behaviors into clear product requirements, PRDs, and prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Analytics/DS/ML, and other teams to align on decisions, sequence work, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes on an ambitious, multi-team roadmap.
- Use data-driven problem solving, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to identify and size opportunities, break down complex problems, measure the impact of initiatives, and drive meaningful improvements in conversion.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage A/B testing, user research, data analytics, and AI tools to iterate quickly and learn from customer feedback.
We’re A Match Because You Have
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or other relevant customer-facing digital products.
- Proven track record in building and scaling impactful front-end experiences — ideally large-scale e-commerce experiences or product detail pages.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and agile development practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data (e.g., Looker, SQL, BigQuery) to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, empower, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results in a timely manner, while meeting high quality standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and business leads, as well as translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset.
