Integrated into the Mid-Market Sales department of Malt, your role will be a key position as a true "client hunter".
-You will work closely with the Account Executives in acquiring new clients and launch the building of long-term partnerships with Mid-Market companies, especially industrial PME/ETI and the most promising scale-ups of the French Tech. -This position is oriented towards Business Development. -If you're looking for a highly formative sales experience, this internship is a great opportunity to learn. -If everything goes well, you might be able to continue the Malt adventure with a permanent contract directly after your internship!
- Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, youâll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris- Equity: Every Malter is entitled to stock options - Lunch vouchers (legal benefit): âŹ9/day on your Swile card- Transportation (legal benefit): 50% reimbursement (any type of transport)- Healthcare insurance (legal benefit) - RTT: From 8 to 12 days off per year- Sports: Company participation to a Gymlib membership- Malt sabbatical: Every three years, all Malters are entitled to a one month fully paid sabbatical leave- Free books: If youâre interested in learning more about any topic relevant to Maltâs business, just tell us the books youâd like to read, and weâll order them for youâwithout any questions asked or approval processes to follow- Remote work: Hybrid policy balancing on-site and home office- Team building events organized every year

Key Responsibilities âš:
- On a given set of prospect accounts, identify the relevant contacts to reach
- Understand the accounts, their activities and evaluate their business potential for Malt
- Define with the AE team the methodology, strategy and specific action plan to get in touch with them
- Run prospection activities through different channels (call, linkedin, mailâŠ)
- Book discovery meetings for the AE team in order to understand better those companiesâ challenges
- Help qualifying out non-relevant companies and qualify in companies with Malt potential
About You đ§âđ:
- Currently enrolled in business school or similar and are looking for an internship for January 2026 for a period of 6 months
- Ideally with a previous experience in a Sales department
- Very proactive, organized, responsible, and autonomous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish quality relationships with your contacts: clients and colleagues.
- Native French speaker with a fluent level of English, essential to be able to communicate with an international team
