The position:We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Manager to join our team in Selby.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 09:00-17:00Salary: £29,500Contract Type: PermanentLocation: YO8 5BJ

Role Of An Account Manager:

  • To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
  • To build and maintain customer relationships through regular formal & informal meetings
  • To collate, prepare and present relevant weekly customer reviews
  • To manage and maintain an active headcount (in line with customer demand) to ensure daily fulfilment of requirements are met
  • To forecast and plan recruitment in conjunction with the above
  • To lead, coach and develop the onsite team through: daily & weekly team meetings
  • To demonstrate company visions and values
  • To operate within company SOPs and all compliance / legislative processes as dictated by customer relationships
  • To ensure full accuracy of payroll & invoicing and manage any invoice query management
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Head Office and to drive the onsite team to build strong relationships with relevant personnel
  • To be responsible for full workforce management – to include, but not limited to, holidays, sickness/absence, quality, performance
  • To ensure workforce training is scheduled and completed in line with onsite requirements
  • To produce and circulate weekly KPI reports both internally and externally
  • To demonstrate market awareness through competitor analysis
  • To manage onsite expenditure in line with guidelines agreed with line manager

As An Account Manager, You Will Need To Have:

  • Experience in the recruitment industry & worker management
  • Must have a driving license and access to a car to travel between sites
  • Able to manage a small team
  • Ability to manage two to three sites at a time with support from the coordinator
  • Knowledge of right to work requirements
  • Ability to lead from the front and set an example to team members
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Able to prioritise work load to complete all tasks on time
  • Confident speaking with clients
  • Excellent organization skills
  • The ability to think and react quickly to customer needs
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Commitment to a flexible approach to the working day
  • Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Tech savvy and up to date with local social media platforms & apps
