Sports Manager

We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee sportsbook operations & performance while driving strategic initiatives across the Sports Vertical. Reporting into the Commercial Director Greece.

What you will be doing :

• Strategic Leadership
• Own Local Sports P&L.
• Define and align sports strategy with Commercial Director.
• Coordinate with Product PMs on sports product strategy⁠⁠.
• Drive Sports Planning and support X-sell Planning alongside rest of the commercial team (Casino, CRM & VIP).
• Monitor and report sports performance metrics⁠⁠ using proper & accurate documentation.
• Always stay on top of industry trends and bring innovation to the team, pushing for experiments to find the sweet spot of the sports offer.
• Coordinate efforts for sports events or sports content promotion.
• Stakeholder Management
• Drive Sports performance via Local Commercial Sessions with all teams active on Sports vertical.
• Drive Sports Vertical development via Product Monthly Sessions.
• Drive recurrent alignment sessions on anything related to sports with the central teams: Trading, CS, Marketing, Product, Growth, Studio.
• Strong Relationship with Trading team, always pushing for extra content & great timings.
• Own GWG process at local level.
• Operations Management
• Oversee sportsbook operations including homepage content management, betting rooms, markets management, and sports calendar⁠⁠.
• Manage F2P games and SuperSocial challenges⁠⁠ strategy.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with CRM, Acquisition, Content, Affiliates and Social Media teams.
• Drive sports-related competitors analysis efforts⁠⁠.
• Content & Product Marketing
• Oversee creation of banners, landing pages, and product translations⁠⁠.
• Ensure compliance with betting rules and T&Cs⁠⁠.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Strong experience in sports betting or gaming industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Project management and team coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking & data-driven approach.
• Fluency in both English and Greek.
