Responsibilities:

• support the activities of all business units;
• manage standard incoming inquiries;
• draft and review agreements;
• research and gather information on legislation in other jurisdictions;
• corporate work;
• privacy issues support;
• ensuring that SD Solution complies with applicable laws and regulations;

Requirements:

• 2+ years in an international (preferably IT) company;
• 2+ years of experience in a legal role;
• proficiency in agreement drafting and revision, as well as corporate legal work;
• strong business communication skills in English (C1);
• proven expertise, deep understanding, and knowledge of Privacy related issues;
• result-oriented mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
• flexibility and proactivity, coupled with the ability to drive processes
