Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Manassas office in a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week). This is a stable position ideal for someone who enjoys providing consistent support and is comfortable with part-time hours. Schedule flexibility is available — for example, 4 hours each weekday or a M/W/F arrangement.

Your Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Manage company fleet vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating drop-offs/pick-ups (must be able to drive company trucks such as Ford F-150s and Rangers).
  • Schedule and coordinate required medical monitoring for employees.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Oversee office logistics including mail pickup, accepting deliveries, and general office setup for new employees.
  • Manage office supplies and purchasing. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

What We’Re Looking For:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of office experience within a professional services environment.
  • Administrative experience such as scheduling, document handling, and office coordination.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort with driving company fleet vehicles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
