Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Lead Consultant to drive the design, delivery, and support of Workday solutions across HCM and/or Finance modules. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead project teams, and ensure successful end-to-end Workday implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Workday implementations across HCM/Finance modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as the primary Workday subject matter expert (SME) for client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Provide hands-on configuration and oversight for complex Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage timelines, resources, risks, and change requests.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
• Stay current with Workday feature releases and recommend enhancements to optimize client systems.
• 6–10 years of Workday consulting experience with expertise in at least 2 Workday modules (HCM/Finance).
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant in Workday projects or large-scale implementations.
• Strong hands-on skills in Workday configuration, integrations, and security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Workday certification(s) required (Core HCM, Financials, or additional module certifications preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Nice-To-Have

• Experience with Workday Extend, Reporting, and BIRT.
• Prior consulting firm/professional services experience.
• Exposure to global projects and multi-country rollouts.
