Working Student Marketing - Social Media and Content Creation (f/m/d)

16–20 hours per week, 1-year contract with the possibility of extension

We are looking for a creative and disruptive new Zennie who will support a team of content and performance marketers in scaling our social and paid media activities across Instagram, TikTok, and Google ads. You will be a contributor to our success and will have a unique opportunity to learn and participate in our company's growth journey.

Your role in our team

• You will help us manage our social media content: from researching trends, brainstorming ideas, and creating new content to organizing and carrying out video shootings for TikTok and Instagram.
• You will provide key support for our Influencer management team: looking for new collaborators, reviewing content, working on fee management, and paid social activities.
• You will support paid channel managers with creative testing, optimization, and research for further improvement.
• You will participate in community management activities: answering DMs and comments, organizing Q&A Sessions, etc.
• Work closely with the creative team: brainstorming new campaigns and participating in the creation of our organic and paid ads. 

What You’Ll Bring

• Attitude: you are hungry to complement your university studies with practical experience in a fast-growing company.
• Language skills: you can express yourself in German and English (native speaker or C2 level).
• You know and enjoy the social media trends, especially TikTok. 
• You are not afraid to be in front of the camera: we create natural and self-made content. 
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity to explore data and insights to understand what works.
• Marketing: ideally, you already have your first experience/touchpoints with online marketing on the advertiser or agency side.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing is a plus.
