Our culture is collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented. We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. Job SummaryAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the Services organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and support key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities· Serve as a strategic business partner to department leaders, helping them understand financial implications of their initiatives and providing actionable recommendations.· Lead the development of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.· Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and provide financial insights to support decision-making.· Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders.· Develop dashboards and KPIs to track financial and operational performance.· Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports and present findings to senior leadership.· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements across departments.· Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.· Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems. Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.· 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.· Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus.· Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
