What we look forMission-Driven Problem Solvers. The aerospace frontier demands ingenuity. We want engineers who approach challenges with curiosity, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and stay focused on delivering the best solution for the mission.
Total Ownership. We seek engineers who take full responsibility for delivering flight-ready work while recognizing that no one succeeds alone. The best engineers make their teammates better, knowing that complementary skills create force multiplication and drive mission success.
DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced CNC programmer and machinist who is excited about manufacturing development and production parts for launch vehicles and defense systems. We seek team members who can think critically when programming and machining to improve hardware designs and manufacturing processes. This role will require specific skill sets with multi-axis Mill programming and machining. Programming will be completed using Mastercam and verified using Vericut. Parts to be machined on Haas Machining Centers. Must have the ability and eagerness to both program and machine components. This role will primarily focus on 5th Axis Milling work supporting both production and development hardware for various components specifically launch vehicle engine and space system hardware.
