What You'Ll Do

• Develop forecasting models (with support of our data wizards) to predict inflows/outflows and ensure liquidity;
• Design and automate treasury workflows that guarantee safe, efficient cash movements;
• Monitor and analyze liquidity, ALM, and profitability KPIs; benchmark against industry peers;
• Create and maintain tools (dashboards, reports, alerts) that ensure transparency and decision-making agility.

What You'Ll Need To Succeed

• Experience in Treasury, ALM, Corporate Finance, or related roles;
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling (integrating live data, scenario forecasting);
• Strong grasp of liquidity, funding, and capital management in financial institutions;
• Solid accounting knowledge, able to connect financial statements to forward-looking forecasts;
• Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders;
• Bilingual fluency (Portuguese & English).

Nice To Have

• Python proficiency;
• Familiarity with COSIF accounting standard.
