Charm Industrial is looking for a Operations Process Specialist to support our Louisiana team in scaling carbon removal by keeping the engine of our operations running clean, stocked, and ready for action!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

How You Stand Out:
Experience & Background: • Hands-on experience in operations, facilities, logistics, or site support roles • Comfortable operating forklifts and coordinating deliveries (or eager to learn) • Familiarity with basic procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination • Bonus if you’ve worked on industrial or environmental sites—or love working outside and getting your hands dirty
Skills & Traits: • You’re a master of checklists, but adaptable when the day flips upside down. • You take pride in site cleanliness, organization, and having what people need before they ask. • You’re solutions-minded and always willing to jump in and help the team. • You can lift 50 lbs, navigate equipment yards, and keep calm when things get hectic. • You thrive on keeping operations smooth so others can focus on the mission.
Your Role in Action:
Keep the Site Running:Monitor and maintain inventory of essential supplies, raw materials, and spare parts. Order and track deliveries, coordinate shipments, and make sure everything’s where it needs to be—when it needs to be there.
Support Procurement & Logistics:Handle material orders, pickups, rebuilds, and vendor coordination. Be the go-to for delivery arrivals, forklift ops, and organizing what's coming in or going out of the site.
Maintain Clean, Functional Spaces:Lead cleanup efforts and make sure all trailers, storage areas, and common spaces are tidy, organized, and functional. Take charge of site aesthetics and upkeep—from cleaning trucks to keeping the break room stocked.
Jump in as Needed:Be trained and ready to step into injection operator coverage during call-outs or PTO. You’ll know the flow, the gear, and how to keep things moving when it counts most.
Support Continuous Improvement:Participate in site self-audits and bring forward ideas that make processes safer, faster, or more efficient. Help Charm scale better by helping us work smarter.
