Role Overview
The Senior Logistics Manager will execute and oversee end-to-end logistics operations at Peak Energy, ensuring seamless movement of materials, equipment, and finished systems across suppliers, factories, and deployment sites. This role will establish scalable logistics strategies, manage critical vendor relationships, and optimize transportation and warehousing solutions to support rapid company growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and can build both process and infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global logistics strategies for inbound materials, inter-facility transfers, and outbound finished goods.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate warehousing, inventory movement, and distribution processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Standardize and document logistics processes and reporting tools to enable scale and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize transportation costs, lead times, and risk exposure across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain planning, deployment, and engineering teams to align logistics with production and project timelines.
- Support import/export compliance and ensure adherence to international trade regulations.
- Leverage and implement logistics technology tools to increase visibility, accuracy, and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience, with a strong track record of individual ownership and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- Proven success managing global logistics networks, including ocean, air, and ground freight.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and customs compliance.
- Experience scaling logistics operations in a manufacturing, energy, or industrial hardware environment preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in logistics systems and ERP platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills.
