Key job responsibilities
* Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for healthcare applications across web, mobile, and API platforms
* Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and accessibility testing
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
* Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using bug tracking systems (JIRA)
* Participate in design and specification reviews to provide quality engineering perspective
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts under guidance from senior team members
* Support performance, load, and security testing activities
* Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA guidelines)
* Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
* Maintain comprehensive test documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing
* Support production monitoring and incident response activities
* Collaborate with global teams across different time zones effectively

Our QE team is responsible for comprehensive testing strategies across multiple health-focused applications and services, working closely with development teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
- Solid knowledge of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and industry testing methodologies
- Understanding of core software-testing techniques: (1) equivalence class partitioning, (2) boundary value testing, (3) verifying each requirement and (4) state transition
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans for product feature changes
- Experience with black box and white box test case execution
- Ability to perform root cause analysis when triaging bugs and defects
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or shell scripting)
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation)
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies (Postman, REST Assured, GraphQL)
- Experience with database testing and basic SQL queries
- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD concepts
- Ability to work effectively in agile development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industry testing
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, FDA guidelines)
- Intermediate scripting skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation
- Experience with advanced test automation frameworks (Selenium Grid, Cypress, TestNG)
- Mobile application testing experience across iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based testing approaches
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Understanding of security testing principles and tools (OWASP guidelines)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and microservices testing
- Familiarity with accessibility testing standards (WCAG compliance)
- Knowledge of test data management and synthetic data generation
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana)
- Understanding of machine learning model testing concepts
- Certification in software testing (ISTQB Foundation or similar)
