The Supply Chain Analyst and Project Lead provides and helps create analytics to support the supply chain team and maintains critical supply chain KPI’s. In addition, this role supports the planning and execution of supply chain projects ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and process improvements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytics to support the supply chain team in an organized, efficient and timely manner:
  • Develop and maintain inventory management controls
  • Coordinate excess and slow-moving inventory discussions
  • Assist in managing supply chain projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, planning, etc.)
  • Support SAP ERP rollouts and other system implementations
  • Analyze and improve supply chain processes for transparency, efficiency, and simplicity
  • Support data collection and reporting for project performance
  • Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
  • Help document project plans, meeting notes, and status updates
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Communicate project scope, timing, and priorities to stakeholders
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Inventory health
  • OTIF (On Time/In Full)
  • Demand metrics
  • Raw Materials Planning
  • Customer Complaint systems
  • Master data inventory reporting to support templates/processes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, materials management, logistics
  • 3-5 years of business experience
  • Experience with planning systems such as SAP S4, SAP IBP,  SAP BOBJ
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas including manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, procurement, customer service and finance to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
