Senior product marketing manager

Responsible for Local Chinese consumers insights generation, and insights are translated well to product value proposition

Responsible for China portfolio roadmap development under business of consumer eye care

Responsible for product lifecycle management, development of portfolio strategy, product consumer pricing, to meet the long-term business growth ambition

Responsible for portfolio business case, master P&L , and COGs management in order to meet business financial requirements.

Lead development of the value propositions and NPD launch process from concept to alive in order to meet the business growth objectives

Lead the development of the claim and claim roadmap for both consumers and customers to ensure brand activation superiority

Responsible for master version of the portfolio training deck development, ensure executions are meeting requirements

Collaborate with local Research, innovation, marketing and global product marketing team to ensure product launch success on time and on quality

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor degree above , preferable from background of business management, marketing, food industry, engineering design or social behavior

Study or working abroad experience is a plus

Experience / 经验

Product marketing management experience in food supplements or Food nutrition or home appliance

Experienced in NPD introductions to market and its lifecycle management

Experienced in Chinese consumer insights generation through smart ways, and able to discover consumer tension to concepts generation

Proven record in product launch success, and contribution to the brand growth

E2E responsibilities from product development to product activation is a plus

Experience in food supplements industry is a must
