Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant trade compliance, ESH and SOP requirements throughout daily operation
• Coordinate with business line, forwarders, external warehouses as well as other relevant functions to arrange transportation as per shipping requirements in the assigned responsible area
• Manage third-party logistic service providers and keep track of their performance
• Support gate control at MUSC site
• Follow up on internal or external customer complaints and claims related to logistics
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics relevant
• At least 1 year working experience in logistics
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skill
• Good at MS Excel
• Excellent written English
• Working location in Shanghai Jinshan
• Can accept 12 months temp contractor
