BODYARMOR is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Program to join our team.

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • The Senior Commercial Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and leading the collaboration between brand planning as it correlates to the commercial program calendar. As a critical internal resource to our commercial execution team, this individual understands and supports the needs of the brand, creative, merchandising, and field execution teams and actively pursues avenues to optimize performance of our key commercial programs on behalf of BODYARMOR and leads connectivity for programs with NAOU.
  • Manages and leads collaborative business planning with the strategic goal of integrating BASN into NAOU Commercial platforms, namely Coke Catalog, KO Assets, and Coke Channel.
  • Cross functional development of pillar programming
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners - including Commercial Innovation and Brand teams - to build plans/programs that enable strong execution in outlet
  • Liaison with brand partners on ‘tentpole moments’ briefs and comprehensive shopper messaging by channel
  • Liaison with integrated marketing and shopper marketing on use of local assets into pillar programs
  • Weekly routine with Commercial Innovation and planning team to ensure aligned priorities and actions
  • Provide clear direction on picture of success across channels while ensuring balanced focus across brands, ensure Sportwater is part of every picture of success
  • Ideate the needed in market tools to drive executional success including dealer loaders, couponing, etc. to deliver best in class programming
  • Work closely with NAOU commercial teams on the sharing of insights, usage of shared assets, and the integration of our sports portfolio initiatives into broader portfolio programming
  • Manage the full cycle commercial program, from ideation, commercial execution development, through to final print images with creative and brand approvals
  • Oversee development of Commercial Program operational decks and own communication to key Field, Commercial, and Retail partners, lead inclusion within NAOU tools, Coke Channel
  • Partner with the Commercial Execution Director to support future year’s calendar development
  • Embodying the One Obsession mindset Principles
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant Marketing, Commercial or Sales Strategy experience required
  • Hybrid schedule at either Whitestone, NY or Atlanta, GA office required (3 days in-office)
  • Ability to collaborate as well as influence across all levels

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’S Degree Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and present in large groups, and leverage multiple data sources to for visual storytelling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales technology platforms
  • Position requires in-person attendance at annual company meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities without direct supervision.​

Pay Range:

$116,500 - $145,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
