Build your career and Australia’s future.

Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.

We have exciting opportunities at nbn, for 3 Contract Managers in the Procurement team.

A bit about your role

The Contract Manager is responsible for managing supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle to deliver sustainable commercial value. This includes onboarding, managing variations, negotiating disputes, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance. The role acts as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders and supports strategic procurement initiatives through commercial insights.

Key accountabilities span business partnering, contract implementation and management, supplier and risk oversight, governance, compliance, and leveraging analytics to inform decisions and drive performance improvements.

A bit about you

The ideal candidates have extensive experience in procurement or supply chain commercial functions, with a strong focus in either of the network technology or field services categories. They possess strong commercial acumen, contract and supplier relationship management expertise, and a solid understanding of procurement principles.

Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to structure documents and presentations clearly. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, problem-solving, and data literacy.

No one ever meets 100% of the requirements. We look forward to your application!

Please apply by following the links and sending in your resume only. We do not require a cover letter or any selection criteria to be addressed.
