Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or related disciplines.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, commercial analytics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making, sales segmentation, call planning, and performance measurement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and flexibility to work across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, in oral and written (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.

Preferred Experience And Skills:

  • Experience managing or coordinating regional teams or direct reports.
  • Knowledge of the region commercial markets and regional sales dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Project management certification or experience.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management and training initiatives.

Job Description (e.g. Specific Experiences Provided):

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist to join our team based in Panama City, supporting the entire region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence sales force strategies across multiple countries, driving improvements in segmentation, call frequency, and customer engagement.

As the SFE Specialist, you will partner closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor sales force effectiveness initiatives. You will analyze sales data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading regional segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and efficient resource allocation.
  • Enhancing call frequency and customer-facing time through data-driven recommendations and best practices sharing.
  • Developing and tracking KPIs to measure the impact of SFE initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with country teams to ensure organizational readiness and smooth implementation of new processes and tools.
  • Acting as a regional liaison to global SFE teams, ensuring consistency and leveraging global best practices.
  • Providing training and support to commercial teams to embed SFE principles into daily operations.
