We’re looking for a driven and strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager or Manager in Underwriting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for distribution channels, focusing on risk assessment and underwriting knowledge.
  • Coordinate and lead targeted sessions for the H&P Ambassador Program and digital tools training.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the agency channel, addressing Underwriting inquiries.
  • Facilitate regular and impactful communication with distribution channels to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate support to drive channel growth.
  • Manage multiple demands from distribution channels while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent business qualifications
  • Loma Qualification Preferred

  • Proven experience in distribution channel support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
