- The proven ability to communicate effectively across all mediums (spoken, written) and at all levels
- Commitment to the customer - providing continuous “red carpet” customer service
- The capability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base
- A keen eye for detail – must be able and willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and FAA requirements
Minimum Qualifications?
- Must be authorized to live/work in the United States
- An unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
- Must be able and willing to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
- ATP CTP must (1) hold an ATP certificate with an airplane category multiengine class rating and (2) have at least two years of air carrier experience. Air carrier experience for the purpose of establishing eligibility to instruct the ATP CTP is defined as experience as a PIC in operations under § 91.1053(a)(2)(i) or § 135.243(a)(1), or as a PIC or SIC under part 121.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs

- Pay Rate: $125,000-$150,000
- Please note: The actual compensation rate is subject to the evaluation of the following factors (but not limited to): the candidate's work experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market.
