Job Description: Senior Ux Designer

(5–7 years of experience)

Overview

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our forward-thinking design team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and a passion for solving complex design challenges. You will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-grade applications, working at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to translate user needs into seamless, impactful design solutions. Exposure to AI-powered design tools, generative ideation, intelligent prototyping, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR and conversational interfaces will be considered a strong advantage, enabling you to bring future-ready perspectives into our design process.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

• - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analytics.
• - Synthesize insights into personas, user journeys, and use cases to drive design decisions.

Design Excellence

• - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• - Develop, maintain, and scale design systems ensuring consistency across digital products.
• - Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users.

Strategic Innovation

• - Translate business goals and user needs into impactful digital experiences.
• - Stay ahead of UX and AI-driven design trends, integrating innovative practices and tools to enhance the design process.
• - Partner with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with technical feasibility and business objectives.

Collaboration & Communication

• - Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure design vision is executed flawlessly.
• - Present and advocate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels, with strong storytelling and rationale.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience:  • 5+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.  • Prior experience with Enterprise B2B applications; cybersecurity domain experience is a plus.  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI-driven design, VR/AR, and voice/conversational interfaces.
• Tools & Research:  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping, and analytics tools.  • Experience with AI-powered design tools and innovations in AR/VR is highly desirable.  • Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Technical Knowledge:  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.  • Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
