This role supports new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to account onboarding, boarding issues resolution, contract management, customer add and change project work, consulting, tracking and reporting. 

You will be responsible for working directly with account executives (AE) to board new clients and new products for existing clients. You will consult with the AE on the products they are selecting, the contracts they are providing, and the billing setup of the clients.  You will be responsible for the rigorous due diligence around the documentation and settings.  You will also be responsible for completing the contracts and submitting the required information for our credentialing, provisioning, and billing teams to successfully complete the order.

What you’ll do

  • Consult with our sales and solution partners on the proper product settings and product selections and billing setups in order to deliver the proper solution to the customer. 
  • Read and review contracts to identify specific terms and language, emphasis on products & pricing 
  • Identify and escalate pricing incompatibility 
  • Transcribe contractual terms into internal systems 
  • Manage contract completion (signature from customer and internal parties)
  • Manage your workload and time across multiple systems (AODocs, Acrobat Sign, Salesforce, Billing and internal provisioning systems). 
  • Audit all summaries to ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams.
  • Identify risk related to terms outside of standards (contract terms)
  • Identify proper accounts to board contracts and fulfillment IDs under. 
  • Execute a predetermined list of due diligence activities. 
  • Execute Due Diligence at a satisfactory level (maintain 95% or higher quality score)
  • Execute Submissions at a satisfactory level (maintain 95% or higher quality score)
  • Work directly with Equifax Partners and their teams to maintain smooth partner ordering. 
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.


What experience you need 

  • 5+ years experience working in a professional environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • 2 years or more of experience a general understanding of billing and contracting

  • Knowledge of Equifax Core Risk Support Portal
  • Knowledge of Equifax Entitlement Master Tool
  • Salesforce Experience (boarding specific)
  • Project Management / Lean Experience
  • Equifax Product Knowledge

  • Equifax BiIlling System Knowledge
  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
