Responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate Equifax API products and services to solve their business problems, as well as identifying and implementing improvements to the clients existing business processes.


What you will do

  • Leads and directs tasks, resources, and overall project plans for API implementations with clients of varying sizes and verticals.
  • Responsible for leading the planning, design, development, testing, configuration assistance, training, pre-production problem resolution and technical integration support to new and existing external clients.
  • Leads delivery aspects of external client management, in conjunction with the sales team and internal management – conducts regular communications and maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and working levels.
  • Serves as the primary driver of the client relationship and project implementation communications.
  • Identify, recruit, develop and manage professional level resources focused on API implementation delivery.

What Experience You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience (management/team lead experience) in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skill set
  • 5-7 years  of experience in agile methodologies and ability to adapt into team working in a 2 week sprint cadence.
  • English proficiency C1
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.

Internal Candidates:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

  • Teamwork. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers.
  • Communication. Effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers.
  • You will be required to support clients with technical issues or verifying their technical integration
  • Attention-to-Detail. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies.
  • Multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of growth.
  • You have experience in JSON, XML or REST
  • You have experience in internal technology integration support
  • Experience with API clients like Postmanxx
