Responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate Equifax API products and services to solve their business problems, as well as identifying and implementing improvements to the clients existing business processes
What you will do
- Responsible for managing the delivery of API implementation services to clients for a group of accounts and being the point of contact to clients regarding overall day-to-day pre-production service delivery.
- Perform change management activities, lead configuration management and provide technical integration support, including sales support, transactional research and application troubleshooting
- Gather and document requirements to be used by product management, internal developers, customer development teams, and internal quality assurance team
- Responsible for client satisfaction and quality of services provided.
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, statistics, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skill set
- 3-5 years of experience in agile methodologies and ability to adapt into team working in a 2 week sprint cadence.
- English B2 minimum
Internal Candidates:
- Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
- No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
- Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
What could set you apart
- You have experience in JSON, XML or REST
- You have experience in internal technology integration support
- Experience with API clients like Postman
- Teamwork. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers.
- Communication. Effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers.
- You will be required to support clients with technical issues or verifying their technical integration
- Attention-to-Detail. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies.
- Multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of growth.
- Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.
