Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and readily accessible to the team
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders. This involves communicating project updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed about project progress and any issues
- Resource Management: Assist in tracking project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials. Help ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and within budget constraints
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. This can involve analyzing current workflows, gathering data, and proposing new methodologies
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
