NIQ is the global leader in consumer intelligence. We're seeking a Social Media Senior Associate to help ensure the successful implementation of our global social media plan across multiple platforms.
Role Overview
The Global Social Media Senior Associate role contributes to social media excellence and engagement by supporting the execution of various teams’ plans across several components that are critical to delivering against our goals. Social media is a foundational pillar and key driver of our Marketing, Communications and corporate programs, and the senior associate will help ensure the efficient, effective, and flawless execution of campaigns and initiatives through detailed project management, effective communication and a sharp eye for governance across the world.
Working with our social team, you will monitor B2B programs, ensuring that our brand voice and corporate and regulatory standards are consistently met globally and regionally. You will have an eye and desire for excellent creative in a variety of content: video, photography, motion graphics, post design, etc.
This role combines creative excellence with operational rigor to drive global brand engagement across paid and organic channels.
You will also support the team’s performance tracking and reporting.
It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is ready to help our team drive success across platforms, teams, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our global social media strategy that aligns with the brand and corporate objectives.
- Facilitate governance across social platforms.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets reflect NIQ’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with content writing and content creation for global teams.
- Advocate for bold creativity while staying rooted in our brand and performance-driven outcomes.
- Support our tracking and reporting of KPIs for our organic and paid performance.
- Monitor trends and emerging platforms to keep NIQ at the forefront of digital engagement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- B2B experience is a must.
- Proven ability to deliver execution excellence, meeting KPI goals..
- A keen interest in understanding the NIQ business and product portfolio.
- Proven record of budget management and paid campaign experience
- Social Media copywriting skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, PowerPoint, and AI writing platforms
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
