This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

Joining us as a Field Data Analyst

As a Field Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our network delivery teams. You’ll bring clarity and efficiency by managing construction data, improving performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £35,000 a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Maintain and cleanse Limit of Construction (LOC) data to support Ready for Service (RFS) targets
• Deliver digitised release sheets and support training and governance improvements across the organisation
• Analyse and validate installation data to improve forecasting and success rates
• Audit business records to enhance data accuracy and operational reporting

What you’ll bring to the role

You’Ll Also Have:

• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF formulas).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across virtual teams.
