The SM-3 IB program is seeking an experienced program controls analyst to join our growing team, as a part of our newly awarded FY24/25 contract. This contract was recently awarded as a UCA, and is expected to definitize by the end of the year. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive finance and earned value management support. This is a highly visible role within the naval power organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the day to day execution of the production pillar under the SM-3 umbrella. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight, and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.
What You Will Do
- Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
- Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required.
- Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes.
- Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management.
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
- Guiding efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
- Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
Qualification You Must Have
- Typically requires A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience is required.
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
- US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
