Partner Project Governance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a talented Project Governance Manager for a Partner role, managing projects and workstream initiatives for our partner projects, doing projects in leading law firms, financial services firms and consultancies across the globe to ensure the success of partner engagements overall through:

  • Program governance process development and continuous improvement,
  • Evaluation and development of new assets and tools as needed.
  • Development and tracking of key metrics.
  • Development and deployment of post-go live client survey.
  • Identification of training, certification, and enablement needs to support successful partner projects, in concert with the Senior Partner Enablement Manager
  • Communication and coordination with partner contacts on the above.
  • Project governance activities with partners including project reviews.
  • Point of escalation for project related issues as well as projects with Red RAG status. 
  • Actively work on get to green plans for escalated or red projects in concert with BU leads and the partner project team.
  • Partnering with BU leads including Client Experience Directors on product or solution related feedback or needs.

The success of partner engagements is defined as project delivery that results in a positive client experience and a referenceable client for both Intapp solutions and the partner.

The Intapp Partner Project Governance Manager is responsible for managing complex enterprise software implementations including partner communications, internal resource management, scheduling, documentation and working with the Intapp support and engineering teams. This person will be the primary partner contact for the duration of strategic implementations and Partner projects that have been escalated holding primary responsibility for project success and client satisfaction. We are looking to hire a professional who is skilled at relationship management, who will be a corporate ambassador, and is able to provide effective communication with consistent results working in concert with the Business Unit, Product Management, and Services partners to enable Partners to  successfully deliver projects.

Education & Experience Requirements 

  • Program governance and management experience.
  • Significant experience and expertise in a Project Manager capacity within the enterprise software arena with experience working on multiple concurrent client-facing projects. 
  • Project Manager with experience delivering multiple concurrent projects within the legal or financial sectors. 
  • Strong project management with experience consulting, business process redesign, and process improvement.
  • Partner relationship management skills.   
  • Project management experience related to the delivery of cloud-based software solutions, as well as projects moving from on-premises to the cloud. 
  • Experience utilizing formal project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. MS Project, Prince2 and Jira

Additional Nice to Have Skills 

  • Demonstrates proven expertise as an industry leader in enterprise transformation efforts, through directing, managing, implementing and executing technology-related solutions and project teams. 
  • Proven expertise and leadership-related track record of success in Program/Project Management, especially devising strategy and managing program effectiveness teams, including the following:             
  • Assessing client projects for areas of risk, identifying gaps and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Leading PMO’s, applying appropriate project management techniques to oversee and/or support several work streams.
  • Managing a repeatable process on multiple projects
  • Facilitating any number and/or level of meetings and workshops with partners and/or Intapp team members 
  • Proven abilities with managing a project and workstream implementation plans related to process improvement,  including industry-standard methodologies and tools, as well as creative problem-solving abilities, and program management. 
  • Proven ability to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audience, partners, clients and internal staff and management, which includes the following: project plans, workshops for various partners and audience levels, and practice methodologies and tools. 
  • Willingness to travel to partner/client site when allowed and where necessary (15% travel)
