• We're seeking a dynamic and data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in attracting, assessing, and acquiring top talent to drive our organization's success. You'll leverage your expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, data analytics, and HR formalities to ensure we build a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in talent acquisition data analytics and metrics
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday and Workday Recruitment and HR software
• Strong understanding of HR formalities and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Proven track record of successful hires and positive candidate experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Professional HR certification is preferable

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, onboarding process to probationary process
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize talent acquisition data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes
• Manage candidate experience and maintain open communication throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Manage and maintain Workday Recruitment
• Manage formalities process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
