The Difference You Make:

The Associate, Product Development is responsible for executing the strategic product development process focused on bringing new products to the market and enhancing existing products across multiple asset classes and global distribution channels.

  • Manage the intake of new work requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriate prioritization.
  • Oversee prioritization activities, monitor project execution, report progress, and measure outcomes against expected benefits.
  • Define product features, participate in roadmap and program increment planning, and oversee feature execution.
  • Advocate for value stream needs and evaluate feasibility and impact of process and product changes.
  • Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations to provide leadership with visibility into progress and results.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in presenting new products and initiatives.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Engineering, Business or equivalent technical field. - Required.
  • 5+ Years Product Development or related experience. - Required.
  • Proven experience in product, program, and/or portfolio management with strong skills in preparing and presenting executive-level decks and dashboards, ideally within financial services or technology.
  • Highly adaptable and skilled in Agile methodology, strategic planning, and collaboration.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to access process changes, system impacts, and solutions.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage escalations and balance competing priorities.
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office products.

  • What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$75,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$127,500.00 USD
