This role may be a remote or hybrid work model near an office (3 days in the Tempe office) which gives us face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. Mission And Goal
Senior Principal Product Manager – Partner Product Team

As a Partner Product Manager, you will work on delivering product initiatives for our various partner channels – OEM, Retail, Employee benefits, Strategic Partnerships and beyond. Not only will you be instrumental in assisting with the brainstorming, planning, scoping and execution to enable our products for a variety of channels, but you will also help assess current gaps and areas for enhancement. As part of the ideation, delivery and post-launch support phase, you will work directly with our partners.
Objectives
- Partner Channel Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive research of the partner channel landscape, including an analysis of competitors’ offerings and delivery methods. Identify partner customer pain points and market trends to uncover growth opportunities for our partner channels.
- Collaborative Growth Initiative: Formulate strategic recommendations that bolster partner channels’ growth and enhance partner satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with our Direct-to-Consumer strategy. Collaborate effectively with internal Product teams to design, define, and execute a robust partner channel strategy.
- Dynamic Planning & Adaptability: Engage in product development activities, including roadmap planning and priority-setting, while adeptly managing evolving priorities stemming from new partner engagements.
- Execution-Focused Collaboration: Serve as a vital liaison among Partner, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other departments, leveraging the support of a Program Manager to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality solutions to our partners.
- Partner Enablement & Support: Work in close partnership with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and enhance our Direct-to-Consumer product offerings for use within our partner channels. Additionally, take the lead in refining and upgrading existing delivery methods to optimize partner channel success.
- Feedback-Driven Improvement: Actively participate in partner meetings to gather insights and feedback, facilitating data-driven decisions for continuous product improvement.
- Documentation & Business Case Development: Contribute to the creation of business cases, product documentation, and user guides, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary tools and information for successful implementation.
Competencies/ Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally focused on building products for distribution through Partners.
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity or software service industry and/or experience in working with large Strategic or B2B2C partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or similar major.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment internally as well as in a partner-facing environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage many tasks and deliver on time.
- Strong understanding of Product Management principles and excellent product requirement writing skills.
- Experience leveraging AI especially in a Product Management capacity
- Familiarity with product/project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Data-centric mindset with ability to analyze and assess partner and partner channel data to present and act upon trends.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
