Location: Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solves high-impact, ambiguous problems across teams.
• Introduces new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity.
• Leads initiatives that reduce technical debt at a squad level.
• Applies high-risk changes to complex engineering ecosystems with precision.
• Produces unique and informed insights with sound rationale.
• Identifies technical opportunities and actively seeks sponsorship.
• Guides technical decisions within team.
• Influences product roadmaps and technical roadmaps
• Identify and reduce toil
• Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their work and its impact on the broader organisation.
• Leads in Engineering interviews
• Education Qualifications: BE, B Tech, MCA or equivalent

Essential Skills:

• Experience In Tdd

• 12+ years of relevant hands on work experience in software development.
• Experience in creating high level solution architecture flows.
• Experience in BIAN architecture - Awareness
• Experience in Microservices Architecture
• Experience in developing technical solutions using: .NET Core, React JS, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Python
• REST, GraphQL and API Development Experience
• Source control systems such as Github, Build & Deployment tools such as Github Actions
• Database such as Oracle, PostgresSQL , AWS Aurora
• Extensive experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Awareness or Experience of Monitoring tools such as Observe, Prometheus, Grafana
• Awareness or Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps
• Experience in Secure Coding Practice.
• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
