About The Role

MSS Security is seeking casual retail Security Officers to represent our brand at Stockland, Rockhampton. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property. If you're driven, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and on-site inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Deliver a strong, visible deterrent against theft and antisocial behaviour.
• Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate confidently with team members and site personnel.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and complete basic digital documentation.
• Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control).
• Certificate II or above in Security Operations.
• Full QLD Driver’s Licence (No restrictions).
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (Willing to obtain).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (Highly Desirable).
• Master licence: 41299
