The Senior Product Owner is a member of the Clinical Quality Management Agile Team responsible for defining requirements, IT needs, and user stories while also prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team. The Product Owner maximizes value produced by the team by ensuring user stories meet the business’ needs and complies with the Definition of Done. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the Agile team, including working with other Product Owners, Product Managers or Operational Leaders, HGB Associates, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
