Shift: 3rd shift

Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM/end of shift (flex as needed), Additional compensation is provided for the 6th and 7th workdays.

SUMMARY: This location is part of our Prepared Foods Division. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance, including leading and directing maintenance technicians. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to implement maintenance policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and clean environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated team. 
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures. 
• Manage and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment. 
• Quickly assess issues to minimize production downtime. 
• Ensure all maintenance staff understand and follow SQF Quality Management policies, procedures, and GMP practices. 

Requirements:

• Education: Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: Industrial maintenance experience; 3+ years of experience as maintenance lead or supervisor role preferred. 
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Skills:  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Basic PLC experience; Experience with SAP is a plus. 

Travel: Occasional travel (1 to 5 trips per year) may be required for training or meetings.
