Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia is looking for a Accounts Receivables & Cash Accountant to strengthen our accounting team.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Account customer invoices and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers
• Prepare and send out customer dunning letters and reconciliation letter
• Monitor and reconcile Tietoevry Tech Services bank accounts on a daily basis according to company procedures 
• Provide support to local finance employees with respect to bank account matters 
• Execute vendor, employee, Tax and other type of payments
• Perform monthly closing activities 
• Take part in various internal development initiatives
• Prepare reports for internal customers, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
• Take care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)

We Expect You Have:

• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field
• Previous experience in finance and/or accounting will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Detailed oriented personality with logical thinking
• Very good communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
