Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to be part of making that happen.  

In this role, you will manage a growing team of Accounts Payable and Procurement Specialists, scale and refine Procure to Pay processes and procedures to support our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for a team member who will bring in best industry practices and eager to streamline Procure to Pay operations. This role will collaborate with internal and external business partners to resolve complicated issues by implementing advanced solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support design of Procure to Pay function, identification of transformation initiatives, and development of processes to improve efficiency while leveraging automation. 
  • Work closely with BizApps team to define systems’ improvements, optimization strategies, and changes in operational processes due to automation. 
  • Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of technology. 
  • Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff members. 
  • Oversee and manage the team activities, and facilitate the achievement of department objectives. 
  • Maintain accurate and complete vendors’ records and oversee annual reporting for IRS. 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, and vendors. 
  • Act as a point of contact to the T&E and corporate card functions. 
  • Maintaining process integrity, internal and SOX controls, and ensure compliance with company policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Supporting strategic and cross functional projects. 
  • Ownership of establishing and maintaining process documentation and delivery of related trainings. 
  • Assisting with month end close activities. 

Required Skills And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience, and 6+ years experience managing employees. 
  • Ability to manage an Procure to Pay function 
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred  
  • Experience working with a large hyper growth Company. 
  • Strong experience with Concur, NetSuite or similar systems 
  • Proven knowledge and experience of end to end Purchase to pay process in a global setting 
  • Experience re-assessing end-to-end processes and the reduction of bottlenecks at various points 
  • Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, documentation, improvement and automation 
  • Excellent communication skills are a must with a very good command over written and spoken English 
  • Attention to detail, organized, strong management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines 
  • Goal-oriented with a mindset of transformation
