ICON is seeking a Director, Global Sales Operations to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a global team whose primary responsibilities are sales reporting and business development commission calculations, ensuring accurate analytics and seamless operations across regions, while managing and motivating team members worldwide to deliver timely insights and support strategic decision-making.

What you will be doing

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize global sales operations and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales operations function.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
