In this role, you will coordinate all technical aspects of HR systems integrations with our and our partners’ systems, as well as support the implementation of employee-centric initiatives for a wide range of clients globally. You will collaborate closely with analysts in Poland and India, as well as consultants, project managers, and clients worldwide.
This role may require working with North America colleagues and during flexible working schedule.
We will count on you to:
- Be responsible for connecting clients’ HRIS systems (including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, API, Twilio, SuccessFactors) with Qualtrics Customer XM. Tasks include configuring SuccessFactors with OAuth credentials, importing contacts from SAP Customer Data Cloud, configuring clients’ SSO settings, and troubleshooting SFTP.
- Lead and manage technical integration discussions and setups:
- Manage the technical delivery of custom integrations and data migration elements for existing and new projects/clients.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and coaching to the Operations team and clients to share knowledge and increase understanding of Qualtrics integration methods.
- Implement and configure employee engagement products using various tools, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Manage project workflows to ensure deliverables are met on time and prepare status reports for management and clients.
- Determine project scope, customize project plans, and set project timelines.
- Provide recommendations on timeframes and administrative procedures for project completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external client counterparts, serving as the administrative point of contact for project management and coordination, keeping clients informed of project status.
- Advise on the most suitable project solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between the Operations team, consultants, and clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration (with flexible working hours adjusted to market and project needs).
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Participate in and actively contribute to operational HR systems integration discussions between Mercer, clients, and the Qualtrics team.
- Manage integration testing with Qualtrics and clients.
What You Need To Have:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT system integration.
- Proven experience in project management/coordination and delivering multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively on a variety of dynamic projects and tasks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and across cultures.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).

- Knowledge of Qualtrics and Salesforce.com applications is a plus, especially understanding data integrations between Qualtrics and HRIS systems.
