Project Manager – Employee Engagement Projects (fixed term contract until December 2026)

We are inviting a passionate and highly driven Project Manager from the data driven environment professionals to join our global team, united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders. This role will be managing a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving our clients’ employee engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will be managing a wide range of projects and consultants from the North America which may require flexible working schedule e.g., 11-19.

In This Role, You Will:

• Serve as a liaison between the Operations team and consultants, fostering effective communication and collaboration (with flexible working hours adjusted to market and project needs).
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and serving as the point of contact for managing and coordinating all aspects of the employee engagement projects.
• Advising consultants on the most suitable project solutions - methodologically, technically and most of all operationally.
• Provide recommendations on timeframes and administrative procedures for project completion.
• Provide ongoing support and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities related to employee engagement projects
• Support Team Manager with introduction of changes, improvements, new products onboarding as well as in everyday tasks
• Implement and configure employee engagement products using various tools, ensuring alignment with client needs. 

What You Need To Have:

• Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management/coordination and delivering multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively on a variety of dynamic projects and tasks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and across cultures.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
