This role focuses on building trusted relationships with senior management to ensure strong alignment between business and IT strategies. Acting as a key connector between the business and Digital, it helps guide the development of IT services by providing strategic insights and supporting the prioritisation of initiatives that deliver the greatest value.

A core responsibility is to raise awareness and understanding of the Digital Strategy, Services, and activities across both the Digital organisation and the wider ROCKWOOL Group. This is achieved through structured communication and effective collaboration.

The role also oversees all internal and external communication related to Digital, ensuring consistent, engaging messaging that enhances customer awareness, employee engagement, and satisfaction with digital services.

Collaboration is essential, with close cooperation across the CIO, Digital Management Team, Portfolio Manager, PMO, SMO, and Business Relationship Managers to ensure strategic alignment and delivery.

What you will be doing

  • Acts as the strategic point of contact for Senior Management Teams in OPCOs and Group functions.
  • Builds and maintains strong business relationships to identify both strategic and short-term service needs.
  • Ensures IT investments align with business priorities, with a strong focus on value creation and benefit realisation.
  • Aligns digital portfolio planning and project/service costs across all OPCOs and Group functions.
  • Leads business dialogue in the annual Service Fee process, including baseline capture, budget presentation, and handling of escalations.
  • Manages idea intake and Gate 0 process to support early-stage innovation and project shaping.
  • Drives Account Planning to translate business needs into digital actions, increasing satisfaction and transparency.
  • Owns stakeholder satisfaction surveys and follows up with actionable insights.
  • Develops and implements a Communication Strategy together with Digital Management, tailored to OPCOs and Group functions.
  • Facilitates internal Digital engagement sessions to promote business insight-sharing and collaboration.
  • Produces targeted storytelling and communication materials, especially for Middle Management audiences.
  • Ensures quality standards for business cases, idea submissions, and communication content.
  • Leads collaboration with VCF on content development and acts as BRM representative.
  • Oversees the distribution of the Quarterly Digital Report.

What You Bring

Professional Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires 5 + years of internal/external IT experience.
  • Requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering or solutions management or other related area.
  • Experience success leading medium, complex projects and/or in business/IT consulting/management roles.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency
