EMEA Events and Support Marketing

Job Description

 We are seeking an expert-level EMEA Events & Team Support Marketing Manager to define and execute the experiential marketing strategy across the region. This is a senior individual contributor role for a marketing expert with a deep understanding of how to create high-impact events that drive significant pipeline and business growth.

You will act as a key strategic partner to sales and marketing leadership, leveraging your innovative thinking and business acumen to shape our event portfolio and champion operational excellence within the EMEA marketing team. 

How You’Ll Contribute

  • Develop and Lead Event Strategy: With a strong strategic mindset, you will architect and drive the annual Pan-EMEA events strategy, translating high-level business goals into a portfolio of impactful proprietary and third-party events that generate measurable pipeline and ROI.
  • Execute with Excellence: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, large-scale marketing events, including virtual experiences, major trade shows, and executive-level sponsored conferences. You will manage complexity by overseeing all logistics, from vendor negotiation and budget management to on-site execution, ensuring a world-class attendee experience.
  • Drive Demand and Engagement: Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns to drive event registration, attendance, and follow-up. You will collaborate closely with global demand generation and digital teams to ensure promotional activities are aligned, compelling, and effectively targeted.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize your Business Acumen to conduct in-depth post-event analysis, measuring success against critical KPIs. You will communicate effectively by presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to optimize future event investments and strategies.
  • Influence Stakeholders: Build and leverage strong networks, acting as a trusted advisor to regional sales and marketing leaders. You will influence event strategy and gain buy-in for new, innovative approaches that drive results.
  • Elevate Team Operations: Champion operational excellence by developing and implementing streamlined processes, tools, and best practices for the EMEA marketing team. You will own the regional strategy for promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing impact.

What You’Ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in a strategic B2B technology marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, pipeline-generating event strategies across the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex projects and budgets, with an ability to solve unique problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • A data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with mastery of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
  • The ability to Instill Trust and build influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior sales and marketing leadership. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to persuade and align others around a common vision.
  • A proactive and autonomous working style, coupled with a deep sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate future business needs and market trends.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital marketing, social selling, ABM, and content syndication, and how they integrate to support a holistic event strategy.
