Cochlear Asia-Pacific, the fastest growing division of Cochlear Ltd, has a direct market presence in Japan, Korea, China, India, SE Asia and Australia & New Zealand. Cochlear conducts most of its leading research, development and manufacturing of cochlear implants in the Asia Pacific region with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Australia and repair facilities in Malaysia. We are building a new facility in Chengdu to serve China and emerging markets and increase global production.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vietnam.  Working as part of a small team, the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving candidate and recipient engagement activities, demand generation, public awareness, support professional marketing activities lead by the Country Manager, Vietnam, and other marketing related activities. The role is responsible for delivering on the Asia Growth Markets (AGM) marketing strategy through the initiation, development and execution of local programs designed for the Vietnam market.

Experience And Qualifications

• Diploma/ bachelor’s in business or marketing, or relevant field
• Strong event management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience to drive the digital marketing campaign
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic design software

• Fluent In English

Required Skills

• Customer Value Proposition Development: Outlines basic features and benefits of Cochlear's products that address general customer needs, providing a clear statement of value.
• Brand Development: Articulates basic brand messages that align with Cochlear's core offering and are consistent across marketing materials.
• Market Development: Manages key tasks in expanding market presence, such as identifying new customer segments, supporting the rollout of targeted marketing strategies, and assisting in the execution of initiatives to enter new markets.
• Customer Experience Design: Supports the design and implementation of customer interactions and touchpoints, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with the brand's objectives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Content Strategy Development: Understands the content strategy and coordinates the development of content, producing basic assets that incorporate storytelling to support the initiatives.
• Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Coordinates marketing campaigns in a select channel and product promotions including monitoring and maintaining marketing systems, process and documentation.
• Data Management: Gathers and organises marketing data by performing basic data collection, cleaning, and entry, creating simple visualisations, and ensuring basic data accuracy for straightforward analysis and reporting.
• Marketing Performance Management: Collects basic KPIs and metrics, preparing and cleaning provided data, generating simple reports that provide a general overview of marketing performance and highlight straightforward areas for improvement
